Another pork aspic

    Here it is flipped over a cutting board.

    Perfectly seasoned. Broth full of flavour. I used the tongue (very tasty) as the two feet would not have yielded enough meat. With my daughter's preference for broth i ended with almost all-meat on my plate.

    This is a tasty-don't-care-how-it-looks aspic. For a centerpriece version one could clear the broth with egg white and use less water so it holds its shape while slicing it.
