Another OK newbie

I'm from NE Oklahoma. Been using (rarely) an old beat up offset smoker but got tired/frustrated trying to maintain a steady temperature. Saw a deal at Academy for a Masterbuilt 30" electric smoker and took the plunge (and had already bought an AMazN pellet smoker knowing it was only a letter of time. Been lurking awhile but have already learned a bit by reading here...
