Another newbie

Just joined and subscribed to the five day e course. Used to smoke steers and hogs on the farm but that is a whole different ball game.Besides that was long ago. I look forward to learning so much from you all.Thanks for the forum from a retired firefighter that moved to the North Carolina mountains for the good life.
