Another Newbie!

Hi Everyone!

Greetings from The Dalles, OR.  Hope everyone is having a great 4th.

I have smoked meats on and off for several years.  Primarily fish and various forms of jerky, using a succession of Little Chief Smokers.  I have to say that the results were, well, a bit erractic.

Just got a Cookshack Amerique Monday.  Have done a Tri tip roast yesterday that turned out pretty well, and am currently smelling my first ever pork butt.  Can't wait till it's done!
