Another Newbie to This Forum.

Howdy folks.

I'm new to this forum in the since of posting, I have been here before as a visitor. So as far as posting yep, my first one. A newbie to smokehouse smoking but not to smoking, grilling nor BBQing. I can say that I have been a four time first place winner in BBQ pork spare ribs a few years back but now it's time to jump into the world of smokehouse cold/hot smoking.
