Another Newbie here

Hello all, I'm from Roy, WAshington. That's about 25 miles from mount rainier. I have a Bradley 4rack digital smoker. I have been getting pretty good on most meats, especially salmon candie. Only meat I haven't quite gotten done is brisket.
