Hello all.  Just bought a Masterbuilt 44in Propane Gas Smoker (20051314) on black Friday.  I have a bullet smoker now, just wanted something bigger.  

I am a real grill master, but when it comes to low and slow it's something I have done but not often.

I have already been lurking for a bit and learned alot.
