Hi All. My name is Colin and I live east of Atlanta. I retired in 2003 and hoping to move back to the Gulf Coast some day. I do my outside cooking on either a 22.5 Weber kettle, my 30 year old Char-Broil 450, or my Smokey Joe kettle which I have made the crock-pot adaptation for to make it a smoker for smaller cooks. If I'm in a hurry I'll use the STOK Island gasser I picked up on sale last year.
