HI all, Purchased my own smoker about a month back after moving into my new house, but I've been using my father's and friend's for a while. Got a 22' Smokey Mountain that I'm in love with. I'm sure I'll be asking many questions (got nominated for Thanksgiving this year). I've done ribs so far and plan on doing a brisket in 2 weeks. What I'm really looking forward to is doing bacon, once I get my supply figured out. Outside of smoking, I work as a senior category manager for an electronics company, ref soccer, and homebrew beer/cider/mead. Favorite teams are the Jets, Devils, and Mets.
