The frozen northeast
I skipped out for a few years and want to make Hazi Hungarian Kolbasz over xmas week. I got my butt in the freezer, my TQ, my smoker wood, and two pounds of the best kolasca paprika. Is the Mad Hunky still around? I need a new recipe!

Ahh OK  Kolbasz! Omit salt and use TQ at the rate of 1.5 teaspoons/Lb. You may need to tweak the salt up a touch, but this is a good place to start.
