Hey everyone, excited to find this forum! I'm new to smoking and excited to be a part of this community! I am in Arizona and just recently bought my 1st what I consider REAL smoker, its a 30" Masterbuilt Sportsman Elite.
I am going to attemp my 1st brisket tomorrow morning, it's about a 3 pounder any advice on temp and cooking times would be greatly appreciated!! Look forward to chatting with you all in the near future! Happy smoking!
