Hello all,
As the title states, I just had to take up smoking as a new hobbie (as if hunting and fishing aren’t costly and time consuming enough) yet i know nothing about it.
I’ve done a lot of reading on here and had to join because, per usual, this newbie is going to have a ton of questions.
I’m from NC AND 23 years old. Just acquired a new MES30 for Christmas and have it “seasoning” now. My avatar is what I hope is the TBS we smokers are supposed to covet. (Though I already plan to buy an amazen pellet smoker. You guys are convincing)
At any rate I look forward to hanging out with you fine folks and hopefully you all will bear with my ignorance. Merry Christmas!
