Thanks Todd, it was silly to say I didn't care to make a batch of BBB cause my PBB came out so good.. haha I want to try it all!  I'll give it a shot and let everyone know my thoughts.

Is there a link anyone knows on instructions on how to quarter a pork butt for BBB? Or is it how I'd imagine, slice in half with grain after taking out the bone?
