ANMPS MES 30 Question

For ribs should I light both ends of my AMNPS on my MES 30? I'm using the AMNPS 6x8 with cherry dust. Smoking 4 racks of St Louis cut ribs.

Hello.  I don't have a MES but you should be fine just lighting one end.  Should get plenty of smoke flavour and will burn long enough to finish those ribs.  Good luck.  Be sure to post picts.  Keep Smokin!

Like Danny said, you shouldn't need to light both ends.

I love smoke flavor more than most, and I never light both ends any more, but then I use Hickory most of the time which is a bit stronger than Cherry & most other flavors. Try it with just one end first. If that's not enough, light both ends next time.
