I was at the store yesterday & they were $2.56 for choice.

I guess the price depends on where you live.

But I'm in FL, & the brisket was from Kansas.

Go figure.

At my local butcher... $2.98/lb untrimmed, $5.99/lb for trimmed. I've never done the math but after prep, it's probably close to the same price for either cut.
