Hi everyone. I live in the Phoenix AZ area and I have a very basic MES I got for Christmas a few years ago. It's been broken for over a year now, tripping breakers when it kicks into high. I took it apart best I could and found a wire burned off the element. I'm not sure if it's fixable but I gave Masterbuilt a call based off of the multiple suggestions I read in these forums and poof! For $40 I got a replacement part just in time for Thanksgiving. I'm getting back in the game =)

Masterbuilt didn't send and paperwork with the new part, is there anything I should do to help preserve the new element?
