Well Dan showin ya his new slicer, I'll show ya my old one. Dad bought this over 40 years ago, it was used then, so guessin she be from the 40's er 50's.

Cleaned her all up an she still works like a dream! Blade ain't been touched in years, took the top two layers a skin offin my pointer finger an it weren't even runnin!






The pastrami all sliced, gotta love them old Globe machines.

I don't recommend movin em round much, lord that thin wieghs a ton!
 
Very nice.. Is that porcelain? That machine looks like its in perfect condition.
 
Yup, she be mostly white porcelain an some black, the rest is paint. Was more en likely it's undoin when the new regulations came out. She works like a charm still!
