This from a smoke that I did about four years ago for a homebrew event. Borrowed the smoker.

Three chickens, about 2 pounds of meat popsicles (pork shoulder strips on skewers), and about 20 pounds of sausage (mostly pork and some chicken.)


I really need a grown up smoker instead of the annoying Bradley electric...
 
Come on, you can build one of those? That's just an inverted oil tank in that picture...
 
I can't weld or cut metal or ...

My next door neighbor built that one, so I do plan to start searching for the oil or propane tanks and a trailer.
 
I hadn't cut metal since the planter box in 8th grade metal shop (hint: like 1988) and I'm about halfway through a build like the one in your pic. Trust me, if I can do it you can!
