Amok in' in Guam

Hi all! Logging in from Guam, where my husband is stationed. He's AD US Navy, with just 2 years and a few months before he hits his 20 years and retires. We have 2 girls, aged 3 1/2 years old and our baby turns 2 on Friday. We grill all the time here, but our Valentine's Day gift to each other (a few weeks early) was a Weber Smokey Mountain 18" smoker. We've done baby back ribs, pork loin, chicken quarters, and a beef rib roast. Everyone in the family loves it! Looking forward to getting back to the States, and trying venison, pheasant, elk, pronghorn... All the game meat we can't get here on Guam.

CrazyQ, we've got about 18 months left here, though he might extend for a year, since his tour here will end with him with a year left to his 20. How'd you like it?

Not to bad. The weather wrecked havoc on our equipment but it was a nice time too. The diving and beaches were real nice. Did some hiking too. But that was a long time ago, things may diferent now haha.

lol - that's true. there are always talks of us going back there TDY but I aint seeing happening anytime soon haha. I'd be on the plane to go though. we had a good time there.
