Any of you ever eat this? I’m hooked on it. Fried and served alongside eggs and bacon is the bomb. Tastes like the bits of meat from the bottom of a pan when you fry.
Good stuff! It’s basically like scrapple without the buckwheat flour. I have an unhealthy obsession with scrapple but god do I love the stuff.
The J Martin is a pretty good brand too, I’ve always liked their pepper bacon when buying store bought. That’s cool that they are in OH, I wonder how far their products are?
