Amazn tube smoker

I ordered a Tube smoker from Todd last week. Arrived today with one small problem. One end of the package was open with nothing inside. Emailed Todd and within 2 hours had a response. He is gonna send another one out tomorrow, no questions asked! Excellent customer service!! If this tube smoker is half as good as Todd's customer service I will be a customer for life. In this day and age it's hard to find good customer service.

'Tis The Season for temp employees to steal all the good stuff!   I've heard of many instances of this happening, unfortunately.   But, Todd is the Grand Master of Customer Service!

...and just when I was thinking customer service is no longer alive and well in America today.  If you don't mind me asking, what is it used for?  cold smoking?
