Cant find my recipe I can rebuild it.The muffin pan bit gave you a bit more heat control let me think it through. My office is on the edge of Sydneys Chinatown, theres a lot of Thai ingredients & a couple of specialist grocers so we can now get things like fresh tumeric ,galangal,water spinach, pea eggplants,betel leaves,banana flower,green mango & all the herbs fresh. I cook it in the summer mainly.
