Smoked my first ribs last night using the 321 method. I used Stubbs honey pecan BBQ sauce with my own rub on 2 of the racks and Jeff's rub with Jeff's original BBQ on the other, I have to admit, Jeff's blew Stubbs away.
I added apple juice to all when wrapped but have to admit, I like them to fall off the bone, however, they were more of a tug. Would adjusting the time in the wrap to another 1/2 hour help with this. I was thinking more 2.5 - 2.5 - 1.
I have also now realized, I need a bigger smoker as my masterbuilt 30 elite is not wide enough for a full rack to fit.

Looks great. I'm glad to here it was a success the first time.

Looks great. If you wish more FOB increase the time in foil. I usually take the time off the end as I like plenty of smoke flavor...JJ

Nice job on the ribs!

Perfect excuse to get another smoker!
