Okay, got a new Chargriller for Father's day.  Been cooking up a storm.  don't think wife has cooked a full meal since.

Been doing Chicken breasts, steaks, pizzas, smoked some ribs and a pork roast...but it seems I am stuck in a rotation of the same stuff over and over.

What is something new and fresh?  I am looking for some new thrills.

Turkey, Sirloin Tip Roast rare sliced thin, Meatloaf, Beef Ribs, Brisket, Stuffed Bell Peppers, along with what was mentioned above

I started with beef ribs.  still need to work on those.  I got impatient.

My son loves meatloaf.  That may be a soon to try thing.

I have done many meatloafs on the smoker and they come out awesome. I do them right in the aluminum meatloaf pans. I cover the top with a couple of strips of bacon to keep the top from drying out. Make up a couple helpings of smoked mac n cheese to go with it and it will be fantastic!

As others have said, meatloaf is awesome.  I mix up mine and then take a glass bread pan that I spray with Pam.  Pack the loaf in the pas and cover with foil.  Then I fold the foil to the exact size of the glass pan, then flip it over so the meatloaf will slide out.  Place the loaf on the foil into the smoker and let the magic happen.  Since I have done this, I stopped making fatties.  My family asked for meatloaf every time I bring up Fatties so that is what I do now.  It's also a lot easier but not as cool looking.

I have also mixed part pork sausage with the ground beef and WOW!!!  Yummy!!!

I do that with either a three or five pound roll of ground beef and two or three pounds of the pan sausage and mix it all together with some McCormick meatloaf season and whatever else I have on hand.  Cannot go wrong.
