Planning on building a large dehydrator/ smoker from an old sheet pan rack. I'll put a stainless steel skin on it, door and vent holes. It will be convertible with a fan/heater pan insert or a smoker box insert...

About anything you wanna know about smoking/grilling/curing/brining/cutting or slicing

We are all smoke junkies here and we have to get our fix. If you have questions
