New member from Honolulu,  Hawaii.  Have a Little Chief smoker that I haven't used in years.  Have been using a propane grill lately to smoke prime rib and Hawaiian rock salt and am planning to try some dry cured cold smoked bacon in the near future and some cold smoked hamachi too.  Looking forward to reading all the great posts here!!!
