Almost out of bratwurst

So was looking in my freezer yesterday while putting away the 12 pork butts i picked up and realized i only had 2 packages of brata left. Better use a couple butts and make up some brats.
Only did up 5lbs today, because I have another project working.

Thanks everyone for the compliments. I used a recipe i found on here. Dont remember who i stole it from.

EDIT: Went back and found out that i used diesel's recipe.
