NW , Pa.
This weather in NE Pa. is so warm today (50 in Dec) I'm smoking 2 full racks of baby back ribs and pork loin steaks rubbed, brown sugared, rubbed again, and smoking in tins in a nice butter bath. They're so happy. Have a great Sunday kids.
