All beef kielbasa

Learning more as time goes by , Thanks to this site for the most part . So I thought I would try a small batch of Kielbasa . Turned out great for my taste . Shop n Save had ground beef on sale so I went that route . Len Poli recipe , mes 30 , amazing smoke tube with hickory pellets .

It's an old problem.  At least you got a link  Normally it just spins and spins forever and you get nothing.

I used the Kielbasa recipe but used all beef .
