Sucks. They usually only have a small amount on these deals, and first come, first served. You got till Tuesday to maybe get lucky. No spares at our local Aldi.
Saw that here, too. I need to re-stock...Smithyfield St. Louis spares on sale for $1.99/Lb. this week.
Well that sucks. Ours did the same deal right before the 4th of July ...... I smoked ribs for the 4th.None of the Aldi's here are offering that deal.
If I saw spares at $1.79/lb, I would have gone that way.Yeah, sent my wife and came back with full spares, good enough and only $1.79
They're always fattier so I don’t wrap (which i prefer anyway) or they drown in grease … and pick/use the rib tip meat in baked beans.
Always a silver lining.
Did previously, already had 3 in the feeezer … guess you can’t have too manyIf I saw spares at $1.79/lb, I would have gone that way.
Nope. If you run outta room, just buy another freezer lol.Did previously, already had 3 in the feeezer … guess you can’t have too many
Yeah, I started to like baby backs, but getting hard to fine any that aren’t “extra meaty” (aka loin attached) and you can’t cook just right. It seems they are favored by my FOTB friends, which makes sense.Hate that yours wasn't doing it, Norman. Hard to beat St. Louis ribs for the price.
Yeah, some of their stuff is pre-seasoned. Brisket is usually salt and pepper and something else (Texas, maybe). Don't remember since I only get the salt and pepper.Saw they had flank steak on sale so I went to get those for some fajitas.
Didn’t look at ad close they were pre marinated. But had mind set on fajitas. Meat had that pre marinade texture but worked out ok.
