Wow, nice looking bird Gary! Love the color on it, and looks like it was nice and juicy. Brined or injected at all?

Wonderful looking bird. With all the air fryer cooks on here lately , I think everyone sold their smokers. Ha ha , just kidding. They do put out some nice food though.

There have been a lot of air fryer post, I don't post nearly as many of my smokes as I used to.
I'll try to do better. Thanks for reminding me.

I know some of you Yankee Boys and Gals need to do your cooking inside during the cold months, but being here in East Texas I don't really have an excuse , since I run around in shorts and a T shirt almost year round.

good lookin chicken, I starting to feel i'm missing out on something without a airfryer with all the post lately.

I feel the need to get out and smoke but -28° wind chills have kept me quarantined. Even cutting into my ice fishing. Lol

Gary, That is a good looking bird, this site gets expensive when I feel the need to buy all the toys you folks are using on here !

Looks good Gary.

I haven't whirled a bird in my air fryer yet. So it's nice seeing your's and everyone elses results.
