About 10 miles from the blue turf!
Got an air fryer for Christmas and have been experimenting with a few things. Not sure if this should go here or not though. In any case I decided to try some baby backs in the air fryer after hearing it could be done. Had to cut the rack into 3 sections as I just have a small air fryer and it could only take two of the sections at once.

Seasoned them up with some Killer Hogs rub than wrapped in foil and cooked for about 20 minutes at 390. Then unwrapped and sauced them up with some sauce I got from a small regional chain here, Goodwood Barbecue. Cooked for about another 10 minutes at the same temp.

It won't beat smoking them as the ribs just don't have the same flavor but not bad for a quick rib fix when the weather is bad outside.

First two sections, the 3rd had came out nicely as well but I cooked unwrapped about a minute less.

Our oven can double as an air-fryer. I really haven't tested it out yet, but after seeing your ribs I think I'll be giving it a go. Thanks.

Point for sure
Chris

I could be wrong, but maybe this would go in YAWYE?

Anyways, great looking ribs to make in a pinch! I'll keep that in mind for when I'm making a smaller portion, or just feeling lazy.

We have one in our kitchen as well and air fry is the default setting we use on it (hint, it's just a fan inside that blows the air around).

Would take care of that rib craving.....Shoot save me a couple of bones!
