We bought a couple of tuna steaks from WFF a while back & thawed one out for dinner. It was huge, just under 1 lb.
Just coated it with EVOO & some Cajun seasoning and onto our mini flat top. We have a Camp Chef 36” flat top, but for 1 steak, this is our go to. A cast iron griddle on the Genesis.

Nice Al, We always use the griddle for tuna steaks. I like mine blackened and cooked white all the way through. My wife likes it just like you did. How were they from WFF?

Looks great, and I absolutely love blackened tuna … very rare.

Also, I do it a lot on a grate over my charcoal chimney.
