Amazn tube with apple dust in a cold kettle, bottom & top vents full open. Smoke for an hour.

Did that last year. The 99 cent choco bunnys do pretty good with smoke.

They have to be cold smoked. However you do your cold smoking....ZERO HEAT

They dont melt or sag unless you have heat.
They do get a tad stiff like ya left em out for day.

They are cooled now.
