Ahhh.......there goes the stress.....

Started this morning at 7am worked all morning on the yard, washed the car, cleaned the shop, lots of running around, and was done about 1pm today. Wasn't really in the mood to do anything, including BBQing (I know what was wrong with me)

.

Then I pulled my BB's out for the fridge after a all night marinade, they smelled great!! Then got the smoker all set up, and as soon as the charcoal chimney was lit, I was a smiling boy again.

Just like last Saturday, the smoker is my nirvana.

Will start a BB thread in the Pork section later with Qview.

Im with ya! I got 4 roasts goin on later this evening to run into latenite. thats when Ill wind down....

It was a good ending to the morning; I'm really getting into the low and slow method of smoking meats, there's no pressure.
