So I have this smoker

http://www.wayfair.com/Brinkmann-Go...ml?refid=DTB49-BRK1013_2211666&PiID[]=2211666

and I'll be busting it out soon. I'm doing a couple trial run burns just to check the temperature. I noticed, however, that it doesn't have any vents I can open or shut really, beside the door. I was wondering if it would be worth going and getting some metal and then drilling some holes and screwing it in to pivot so I could open or close vents if need be. What are your thoughts, should I do this? If so, should I just put some on the top, the bottom, both? Thanks
