Adding smoke

    Quick way to add smoke to a grill is place your wood chips in tin foil wrap loosely and place above flame.

    Creates some nice smoke for flavoring
     
  2. The last 2 times I grilled, I just used hickory with no charcoal. Turned out great and the guests loved it. Just make sure you stand upwind of the grill.
