Hello all. A few weeks back I bought a used Brinkmann Cimarron that I found on craiglist. It was in pretty rough shape when I got it. I spent a couple days sanding and removing rust so that I could paint it. Now that it is sanded and painted it looks like a new penny. Even after my work the wire shelf across the front of the smoker is still in rough shape. I want to add two oak planks on top of the wire shelf. I think it will look better and will be more usefull. I do not know how to attach the planks to the wire shelf. Any ideas?? Any help is greatly appreciated.
