I just got a Pit Boss 820 and would like to be able to boil beer and onions , etc. when grilling. Has anyone added a side burner to their pellet grills? I'm kind of thinking an electric induction hot plate might be the easiest and safest way to go, but there isn't any fun modification to do to add one.
Any thoughts?

Thanks,

Bret

Do you have room for a pot inside the cooking chamber ??? At 180+, the pot of beer would simmer...

I have room for a small one, but often use a kettle.
