Addicted to smoked meat

hi every one
My name is Gary and I live in Saskatchewan Canada. I have a appetite for smoked meats and fish, I joined this forum so I could obtain some valuable info from some of the veteran smokers,I am a beginner at this, and find it fascinating as to how you can enhance the flavor of food with a smoker, I just purchased a bradley 4 rack smoker and it works fantastic, hope to hear from you pros thanks.
