Accurate Temperature Holding Turkey Roaster

Hello, all! Any suggestions for a large turkey roaster that holds accurate temperatures?

Are you asking on an electric roaster with the removable porcelain coated steel liner kinda like a crock pot but with a thermostat?
I got one roughly 15 years ago for $20. It holds temperature close enough I didn't feel the need to calibrate it.

Yes, one with a temperature dial to hopefully hold pork shoulders and briskets and the like.
