Looking to do some bacon, cheese, onion and maybe mushroom stuffed burgers & ABT's on the Pit Boss this afternoon. Have done a lot of googling and seems like there is no consensus on cooking temps. Should I go low, 225ish or hot 375ish? Obviously I'd like them to finish at the same time. What say y'all? Thanks.

Like BdSkelly said- personally I'd run the ABTs for at least 1.5 hours at 225 before the burgers go in.

Thanks for the tips. Pretty much what I thought but it's nice to have confirmation from people more knowledgeable than me.
