Mad up a few ABT's for Christmas Eve. They were stuffed with cream cheese, crab meat, cheddar cheese, and some Old Bay sprinkled in the mix too.

Did you mix the crab meat and old bay into the cream cheese, or layer it out?

Sure looks good either way.

sweet lookin ABT's, crab makes a nice filling.

I mixed the crab(I used canned) and Old Bay right in with both cheeses. They were good...but a bit on the hot side. I should have left them in a bit longer at a lower temp maybe. I sprinkled some Old Bay right on top of the ones without bacon too. Some of the girls don't like to eat a lot of bacon...imagine that??

They look great, my favorite snack...

Those are some great lookin ABT's. I did my first two batches over the holidays. All I can say is YUM! they look great.

Thats the one thing about Abt's is you never know if they are hot or mild before you stick them in your mouth. I forget how said it I think it might have been dennis (smokind) that call them appatizer rolette you never know what you get TILL.
