A weird sensation...

Between weekend projects, and lots of leftover meats in the freezer, I decided to not cook anything new this weekend, maybe even next if the leftovers hold out. It feels really weird not cooking.

kinda funny isnt it.....people always say " why do you spend all that time to cook meat ".....then first taste turns them into " hey when we gonna spend half the day tendin a fire again"..lol it is an addiction and when your not cookin you are certainly thinkin about cookin

Sometimes it's good to step back a while. You'll enjoy it more when you get back to it. But yeah, it is strange not running the smoker.
