Dave I really don't have worlds for how bad this sucks. You and your family as well as her family will continue to be in my prayers. Sometimes it's very hard to figure out His plans but he knows. As many others have said if you need to talk I'm available anytime 24/7 I haven't been around lately and haven't had a computer with me so just now seeing this. This water running down my face seems to affect my eye sight right now

Kristin lost the battle with cancer last week. Last update on this horror.

Its such an awful disease. She couldnt have screened for the kind she got, BUT Please screen for the ones that you can. Listen to your family history - if someone in your family had any kind of cancer you are at risk.

I cant say a big enough thank you to all who have been there for us, prayed for her, and supported me. So many amazing people here. Bless you!

Thank you for the gift, it is so meaningful and reflective of what an amazing group this is. I was slow to send thank as my wife wanted to say a few words. I think she is still blown away by the SMF community after reading this thread from the begining. We are trying to normalize, but its gonna take a long time. breath by breath, hour by hour, day by day, prayer to prayer.

For the SMF: There aren’t words to express how meaningful your thoughts, words and prayers have meant to me over these past weeks. The grace of people we never meet is sometimes the most profound grace of all. You have touched my heart during a heart-breaking time. And so, I wanted to say thank you, to each and every one of you, for the comfort, love and care you have shown David and me. The plant is a living remembrance of our beloved Kristin. Gone too soon.
