Had some slider patties in the freezer, so that's what I used. Used Jeff's recipe as a guideline. The ones on top had bacon and shredded cheese mixed in. Some got S&P, some got Tatonka Dust. After 60 minutes in the MB30, with a combination of cherry and apple smoke. Plated with some very good corn, for so early in the season. Great smokey flavor. They definately do not taste like grilled.
