ok have yet to burn the sear box clean, and I am terrible at taking pictures, but smoked 4 pork chops and 2 NY strips last night. 2 chops rubbed in blackened seasoning and 2 in weber steak n chop, both strip steaks in blackened. They were just "grilled" at 400. Very nice, I overcooked the strips a bit, but everything was extremely tasty on the woodwind.
Doing a chuck roast for pulling, a single slice of salmon, a rib rack, and 2 Cornish hens today...
