Smoke Blower
Very informative thread. I just did my first smoke in my MES and by the end of the smoke was thinking I was putting in too many chips. I'll try the 7-10 range next time and may pick up some chunks so I can put one or two of those in after I get some hot coals from the first one or two sets of chips.
