Just saw this on ebay...probably not too "heavy", but portable and not listed for a whole lot of money. Collapses to 5 inches.

I did some research on those a while ago..They weigh 20 pounds and come in Carbon Steel and Stainless....

Not sure that with out insulation that it would work here in Michigan during the winter but looks like it would be nice to have for camping or something like that.
