I must apologize for taking so long to report in. Became a member at the end of May this year. My wife calls me a Lurker, always looking but never commenting. In my defense, it's been a little crazy at work so not much time on my hands. As I'm sure most, my age, started out grilling with charcoal and in my case I would like to think for convenience,but must admit probably out of a little laziness switched to propane. Family enjoyed what came off the grill, but know figured it was time to broaden my horizon. Could just never get that great smoked taste on the old propane grill.
I live in central Minnesota, and at the end of May purchased a Master built two door propane Model 20051311. Have done pork ribs, Boston Butt, and have a Brisket on right now. I have had some heat issues, but will through out my questions in the appropriate location.
